For a long time, I believed that putting on weight was just a part of getting older; something inevitable. But I’ve since learned that with the right habits and mindset, it’s absolutely possible to feel stronger, more energized, and more in control as the years go on.

Now I help others build simple, sustainable routines that support both body and mind without extremes or burnout. If you’re ready to feel better and live with more intention, I’d love to walk alongside you.

My Approach

Your journey will not be linear — there will be ups and downs. But I think we can all agree on a few basic concepts.

  • Let go of ultra-processed foods that don’t serve you

  • Nourish your body with quality protein and healthy fats

  • Protect your energy with 7-9 hours of restful sleep each night

  • Make daily movement a habit - walk, stretch, and lift weights

  • Surround yourself with people who lift you up

  • Focus on what’s in your control and release the rest
