Breakfast Recipes for Fat Loss
Breakfast Pizza- (serves 1 - maybe)
Ingredients: 1 egg beaten
1/4 cup shredded cheese
several slices pepperoni
Directions: Pour half of the egg mixture into a waffle iron and add cheese and pepperoni slices before closing.
Egg Crepes- (serves 2)
Ingredients: 4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
Optional: 1 banana, splash of vanilla, sprinkle of cinnamon
Optional topping: spoonful of whole fat greek yogurt and drizzle of maple syrup
Directions: Blend everything in a blender and pour into hot and very well buttered pan. Cook for several minutes on the first side and 30 seconds on the second side.
