But in this judgement-free zone the heaviness is lifted as we discover what motivates you and what holds you back. Running TO something is always more powerful than running FROM. We don't drive looking in the rearview mirror. But that is what happens when fear is in the driver's seat. Fear of failure, fear of change, those New Years resolutions that petered out around March.
